First 1/2 Marathon of The Season
OMG! it is only 68 days until Woody’s RV Marathon in Reds Deer.
Yes, I started seriously training. But oh my gosh it is only 68 days away! Time to tweak my current diet to ensure that it supporting my increased running.
What are your goals for the summer? Do you even have goals? If you have goals are they healthy goals? By healthy, I mean goals that get you physically and mentally active? Yes, time with friends or alone on a patio with a beverage of choice is great for the soul. But, we also need active goals to keep our body moving.
